The Always® Changing Program

Specially designed for 5th grade girls and boys, the Always Changing Puberty Education Program helps teachers teach the important topics of puberty and development. The program has been reviewed by the American Association for Health Education (AAHE).

Developed by teachers and school nurses, the program offers:

Kit for Girls*:

  • An informational booklet, Always samples and a Secret® antiperspirant/deodorant sample
  • A brochure for moms with an overview of puberty changes and experiences, along with answers to daughters' common puberty-related questions
  • A brochure from Secret with a quiz for girls to test their hygiene knowledge
  • Available only online: The Always Period Announcement Card, a downloadable card she can fill out to start a conversation with her mom about puberty stuff

    • * Select kits include a CD from Beinggirl.com with puberty articles, girl stuff FAQ, product information and fun games.

Kit for Boys:

  • An informational booklet and an Old Spice® deodorant sample
