Separate good smells from bad. Students color the pictures and cut them out, then paste each picture under "smells good" or "smells bad." You can expand the activity by inviting students to draw or write the names of other things that smell good or bad, and you can encourage discussion of their choices.

Learning Objective
Reinforces the "how your nose works" lesson and encourages students to think about their choices; reinforces grouping skills

Materials
Reproducible PDF; colored pencils, crayons or markers; scissors, paste

Preparation Time
A few minutes to print the PDFs and gather art materials

Group Size
Individuals, small groups or class
